 After 17 years, update the itext port.  And alter the Portfile to
 reflect the significant upstream changes, including but not limited to:

 - Moving the upstream repository to GitHub.
 - Changing the project homepage URL.
 - Changing license to AGPL-3+ or commercial.
 - Requiring at least java 1.8.
 - Building with Maven.
