 GitHub stacked PRs are not enabled on macports/macports-ports. It's a new
 GitHub functionality that allows to file multiple PRs with a relationship
 to each other. See: https://docs.github.com/en/pull-requests/get-started
 /about-stacked-prs
 A maintainer may want to fix issues in 2 or more different packages, one
 being a prerequisite for another. Stacking them allows to clearly
 structure the dependencies.
