dmux: fix build with Rust >= 1.53
The bundled Cargo.lock pins lexical-core 0.6.2, whose Limb::BITS (usize)
collides with the inherent BITS (u32) associated const that the primitive
integer types gained in Rust 1.53. The build has failed on every builder
since; the 10.9 through 11 "successful" results date from 2021.
lexical-core 0.6.8 fixes the collision and still satisfies nom 5.1.1's
^0.6 requirement. Bumping the vendored crate alone is not enough, as the
default --frozen build refuses to move off the pinned 0.6.2, so also set
cargo.update to re-resolve the lock against the vendored crates. Because
the vendor directory holds exactly one version of each crate, that
re-resolve is fully constrained and moves only lexical-core.
