 The install script uses bdftopcf to process the font files. If bdftopcf
 isn't installed, the script quietly fails and just creates empty *.pcf.gz
 files that are copied to the install directory, and the install is
 reported as successful (confirmed by installing with -v flag).

 After installing bdftopcf manually the install script worked as intended.
