golang-1.0.tcl: keep worksrcdir in the GOPATH for sourcehut ports

sourcehut-1.0 is the only host portgroup that sets worksrcdir, and
go.setup applies it after this portgroup has pointed worksrcdir into the
GOPATH, so sourcehut's value wins and the build runs where the tarball
unpacked rather than where post-extract moved the source. Put the GOPATH
one back. A port needing something else still sets worksrcdir outright,
 which outranks either default.

The three ports combining the golang and sourcehut portgroups each carry
a worksrcdir of their own to work around this. Because those are explicit
settings they continue to outrank the default added here, so this commit
leaves all three building exactly as before; they drop the workaround
separately, as each is maintained by someone else.
