skalibs, execline, s6: keep the kernel point release out of the target
skalibs records its configure target in lib/skalibs/sysdeps/target, and
execline and s6 compare it verbatim. The target defaults to the output of
clang -dumpmachine, which on macOS carries the kernel point release, so
every macOS update leaves an installed skalibs unusable and its consumers
failing to configure:
./configure: error: target arm64-apple-darwin25.6.0 does not match the
contents of /opt/local/lib/skalibs/sysdeps/target
Binary archives are keyed to the Darwin major version, so an archive also
mismatches any system whose point release differs from the builder's.
Pin the target to the Darwin major version in all three ports. --build has
to be pinned with it, or configure treats the build as a cross-compile and
refuses to autodetect the runtime sysdeps.
The three are changed together because they have to agree on the value.
