 On macOS High Sierra (10.13), I can build {{{OpenBLAS 0.3.33}}}.
 So my temporary workaround is to use a copy of the
 "{{{OpenBLAS-0.3.33/CMakeLists.txt}}}" file instead of the
 "{{{OpenBLAS-0.3.34/CMakeLists.txt}}}" file.
 (note: the value of {{{OpenBLAS_PATCH_VERSION}}} which is included in the
 copied file should be changed to {{{34}}})\\

 Of course, I made a patch which was the difference between them, and
 applied it with MacPorts.
