#74352: gtk-doc @1.34.0 has additional dependencies when testing

`mkhtml2.log` has:
{{{
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/local/var/macports/build/gtk-doc-fee9487d/work/gtk-
doc-1.34.0/tests/./mkhtml2.py", line 26, in <module>
from parameterized import parameterized
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'parameterized'
FAIL mkhtml2.py (exit status: 1)
}}}
Probably a hint that `py-parameterized` is needed.
`scan.log` has:
{{{
Traceback (most recent call last):
File "/opt/local/var/macports/build/gtk-doc-fee9487d/work/gtk-
doc-1.34.0/tests/./scan.py", line 25, in <module>
from parameterized import parameterized
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'parameterized'
FAIL scan.py (exit status: 1)
}}}
Probably another hint that `py-parameterized` is needed.
`annotations.sh.log`, `bugs.sh.log`, `empty.sh.log`, `gobject.sh.log` have
(one of many examples):
{{{
' /opt/local/var/macports/build/gtk-doc-fee9487d/work/gtk-
doc-1.34.0/tests/annotations/docs/gtkdoc-mkdb.log
++ grep -v -x -G -e 'dblatex or fop must be installed.'
++ wc -l
++ cut '-d ' -f1
+ lines=
+ test -gt 1
./sanity.sh: line 119: test: -gt: unary operator expected
}}}
Certainly a hint that `dblatex` and `fop` have to be installed.
Another "annoyance" are the many Makefile commands starting with `date
-d`. The average `date` command in Mac OS X or macOS does not understand
this construct – `gdate` from `coreutils` does. A line like
{{{
reinplace "s|date -d|gdate -d|" {*}[glob
${worksrcpath}/tests/{annotations,bugs,empty,fail,gobject,program,repro}/docs/Makefile.am]
${worksrcpath}/tests/gtk-doc.make
}}}
in `Portfile` fixes the faulty use od `date`.
