valid value for configure's SDKROOT

 I do not know (yet) which importance the correct value of `SDKROOT´ has
 for Python 3.14, but `configure` shows `xcrun` complaining about a faulty
 argument, `--show-sdk-path`. Since it won't help to patch the code in
 `configure` it works to invoke the script with an environment variable
 setting à la:

 {{{
 configure.args-append   SDKROOT="/Developer/SDKs/MacOSX10.5.sdk"
 }}}
