 helix: fix build failure from deleted gotmpl grammar repo

 helix-term's build script git-clones every tree-sitter grammar listed in
 languages.toml. dannylongeuay/tree-sitter-go-template has since been
 deleted, and GitHub answers "Repository not found" for missing and private
 repos alike, so git assumes it may be private and prompts for credentials.

 Point gotmpl at ngalaiko/tree-sitter-go-template, which upstream moved to
 in ac91b309c1e2 and which holds the same revision. Keeping the revision
 lets 25.07.1's shipped highlight queries stay matched to the grammar.

 Also set GIT_TERMINAL_PROMPT=0 for the build so the next grammar repo to
 disappear fails outright instead of stalling on a prompt.
