 The Python version to be used should not be dictated. Half a dozen
 different versions are used to build ports that somehow depend on Python.
 A Python zoo is built with MacPorts. So any of them, given it satisfies
 the condition to be at least as modern as the minimal version required,
 should be fine.

 Implementation is simple with a keyword `min_Python_version_req` or such
 and a function that determines which Python version is installed and
 active and satisfies the requirement. In that case build starts, otherwise
 some recommended Python version is installed. This could shrink the zoo.
