 It appears that development for `py-gmic` has resumed and now the latest
 version is 3.6.3.post1 ; see [https://pypi.org/project/gmic/ PyPI]. The
 Portfile currently sets `known_fail yes` and only has a subport for the
 EOL Python version 3.9.

 If there is interest in keeping this port, it should be updated and fixed
 so that it builds again. If there is no interest in doing that please
 remove the package.
