 Removing `pkgconf` and installing `pkgconfig` results in the compilation
 process running just fine. I always assumed that these were just
 alternative names for the same package given how similar they are, but it
 seems that this assumption was wrong.

 This is likely an upstream problem with `pkgconf` then, so I will create
 an issue there.
