 Looking at [https://github.com/apple-oss-
 distributions/clang/blame/clang-425.0.24/src/tools/clang/include/clang/Basic/Builtins.def
 Apple's OSS repo], the C11 atomic builtins first appeared in Apple clang
 421.0.57 (Xcode 4.4), and the gcc-style builtins in 425.0.24 (Xcode 4.6).
