Comment:

 Ryan's interim solution is in place for the Buildbot, and the GitHub
 Actions based system is now being used to update the distfiles on the
 public mirrors. New builds are in progress for ports updated since the end
 of December. There's more to do behind the scenes, but I think it's fair
 to call this fixed.
