 I knew this build would fail on CI (GitHub Actions) due to the Metal
 toolchsin not being installed there. I had verified locally that it did
 work with the Metal toolchain installed and the Metal toolchain was
 previously installed on the macOS 26 buildbots, so I assumed it work work
 there as the last time, so I merged the update.

 However, it seems that the Metal toolchain is no longer available on the
 macOS 26 buildbots, so the build also failed there. I’ve sent an e-mail to
 the macports-dev mailinglist about this a couple of days ago, because this
 is not something I can fix as a port maintainer.

 You should be able to build the port locally from source when you have the
 Metal toolchain set up. This requires jumping through some hoops on macOS
 26. See

 for the incantations to get it set up correctly.
