 py312-numpy (and also py313-numpy) are broken in my installation. I get
 "Illegal instruction" and a crash when I try to import numpy. My variant
 is +openblas +gfortran and my system is legacy (10.13 High Sierra). I
 changed to a different variant, but the issue remains.
