 Are you sure? I can understand why you would look at the Portfile and
 think that, but I'm not actually able to reproduce this.

 I think the args start out as `-C raqm=disable -C imagequant=disable -C
 xcb=disable`,

 and then the x11 variant deletes the first `-C` and the `xcb=disable` at
 the end, leaving the broken `raqm=disable -C imagequant=disable -C`.

 However, the raqm variant deletes `-C` and `raqm=disable` both from the
 beginning, leaving a working `-C imagequant=disable -C xcb=disable`. That
 would explain the difference.
