 py310-scipy uses scipy 1.15.3 whose pyproject.toml requires meson-
 python<0.20.0 but now MacPorts has py-meson-python 0.20.0.
 A comment in the pyproject.toml says the upper version bound was putative
 as "chances or breakage are low".
 It does work with 0.20.0 so attached patch is just changing <0.20.0 to
 <=0.20.0 as i have no idea how high it is safe to bump the dependency.
