Comment (by benlisp):

 After deleting the 2 PortGroup lines, this seems to work now.
 The attachment "hist001" shows the Upgrade of libetonyek. This still shows
 errors and warnings, but it did proceed anyway.
 The Attachment "hist002.txt" shows the Upgrade of the rest.
 Then pari could be installed and it works.
 The previously installed MacPorts files were loaded when some time ago I
 had installed wxmaxima.
