 The availability of precompiled archives is a nice-to-have, not a
 requirement. Prior to 2011, we did not offer any precompiled archives at
 all and we still got along fine. You can continue to install and upgrade
 ports at will. If no precompiled archive is available, it will build from
 source on your system. You can feel free to ignore these warnings, as
 those who have been updating the ports have evidently done so far as well.
 If a binary is available and you receive it, then you will not see the
 warnings since you won't have built the software, but that doesn't mean
 they didn't occur on the build machine where the software was built.
