 Commit 2eb8048 builds gnucash without python (configure.args ...
 -DWITH_PYTHON=OFF) - this seems to mean gncmod-python.c is not built (no
 libgncmod-python.dylib is created).
 Without this python cannot be used as a gnucash module - which is what I
 have been using for a long time to add python reports to the gnucash gui.
 I cant see an option to build gnucash with python as a module which I
 need.
 At the moment only one python version can be used for this.
 From what I can see this update assumes python only being used as a
 separate process from gnucash.
