 I think it is related with https://github.com/rust-lang/rust/issues/157750


 As a temporary workaround, you could build a patched rust binary manually
 for bootstrap and copy the patched rust toolchain to `$(port work
 rust)/rustc-1.96.0-aarch64-apple-darwin` after `$(port extract rust)`
