 It is true that py314-jupyter eventually depends on cargo, which depends
 on rust. The dependency chain is:

 py314-jupyter → py314-notebook → py314-jupyter_server →
 py314-jupyter_events → py314-referencing → py314-rpds-py → py314
 -setuptools-rust → cargo → rust

 It is also true that rust does not build on Mojave. That's #73957 and it
 would be nice if it could be fixed, but someone would have to volunteer to
 figure out how to do that and then do it.
