 On it's web site, [https://github.com/gabime/spdlog], is link to "the
 excellent fmt library", which is version 12.2.0.

 Making `spdlog` depend on `libfmt10` makes `doxygen` depend on `libfmt12`
 and, via `spdlog`, also depend on `libfmt10`. This is not fine manners.
