 Thanks for looking into it. I didn't realize it haf been EOL for so long
 as I didn't change my computer in a long time so the old version was ok.

 I just used an LLM to convert my old python2.7 code into python3 and it
 seems to work fine. So on my side, you don't have to try to make it work
 anymore, scipy for version 3 is now sufficient for my needs.
