 I'm working on an open-source project called freeciv -

 ​https://github.com/freeciv/freeciv

 One of the build outputs is an app called freeciv-gtk3.22, which uses the
 gtk3 package (+quartz). It was working fine with gtk3 @3.24.43_1+quartz,
 then I did a port update and got gtk3 @3.24.52_1+quartz which introduced a
 bug. Every time a dialog appears and goes away, the menubar remains
 inactive - grayed out and unresponsive, and menu item accel keys don't
 work.

 I re-activated the older one as a work-around, but something needs to be
 fixed.
