 OK - what seems to go wrong w/ php{74,80} is, that the compile w/
 openssl11 👎🏻but👎🏻 links w/ openssl3 🤔😤

 Can anyone tell me what the fix is ❓ \\
 I've tried:
 1. having the `openssl.branch` selection inside
 2. having the `openssl.branch` selection outside & before
 3. both (1) & (2)
 the `if {[is_sapi_subport]} { ... }`

 I've attached a log for you to peruse ...
