 Yes I reinstalled all requested ports. That's what I meant, sorry for the
 imprecision.

 I renamed /opt/local to keep the previous version at hand in case the new
 install would have failed for any reason, like the glib2 still crashing
 during the install. After a few days, if I find no problem with the new
 /opt/local, I will delete the old one (23 Gb !)
