go_toolchain-1.0.tcl: new PortGroup for versioned Go toolchains
Records which Go releases upstream supports on which versions of macOS,
and
builds versioned go-1.NN toolchain ports.
The table of minimum darwin versions is the single source of truth; the
ceiling
for a given system and whether a minimum can be satisfied there are both
derived from it, so that the toolchain a system installs and any future
floor
enforced on Go ports cannot disagree. Including the PortGroup has no side
effects, so it can be included purely to consult the table.
These are hard runtime limits rather than build limits. From Go 1.25 the
darwin
runtime resolves Security.framework symbols such as
_SecTrustCopyCertificateChain via //go:cgo_import_dynamic even with CGO
disabled, so a too-new Go aborts under dyld regardless of how it was
produced.
The 1.25 binaries are the first to carry that undefined symbol, and the
first
built with a minimum of macOS 12.
