 It's great to see this request!

 A very simple Portfile is attached which seems to work on the github mac
 CI runner. This installs pdftl without any of its optional dependencies.
 Some of these are probably in macports (and could/should be added to the
 Portfile) but I think they are not all.

 Currently the optional (non-dev) dependencies underlying some of the
 features are:

 * cloudpickle
 * fonttools>=4.0,<5.0
 * lark
 * numpy
 * ocrmypdf
 * pyhanko
 * pypdfium2
 * pyyaml
 * reportlab
