 One big difference is that the official compiler does not use/link system
 libc++, libllvm, and libclang-cpp. So I'm wondering if it's something in
 there. They probably build official releases using the zig-bootstrap
 project (https://codeberg.org/ziglang/zig-bootstrap). I tried creating a
 port using that project and it compiled the test program fine.
