 glib2: update to 2.88

 - add glib2-bootstrap port

 Starting with GLib 2.79.0 and gobject-introspection 1.79.0, there is a
 circular dependency between the two projects. The glib2-boostrap port
 is added in order to avoid the problem as recommended by upstream in the
 link below.
