#73968: py-curl-cffi: build from source, avoid installing an opaque binary blob

The current solution goes against MacPorts policy of building from source,
especially given that building from source is possible here, and some
 other distributions do that.
I understand it is a challenging task in this case, but it is not really
an excuse, and the only reason it landed this way is because it bypassed
 the review process.

The right solution is to make a port for `curl-impersonate` and then build
 `py-curl-cffi` from source against that.
