 This has worked well until today, when restarting en0 resulted in
 connections on the local subnet working but connections to the Internet
 not working. This caused the connection to the remote arm64 machine to be
 cut, and buildmaster to be unable to mirror distfiles, and GitHub to be
 unable to deliver webhooks to it.

 A very long build for wine is underway and I didn't want to interrupt it.
 It should complete within the hour. I'll restart buildmaster after that
 completes. In the meantime, I've manually scheduled builds of ports
 modified during the downtime on those x86_64 builders that should be able
 to fetch the distfiles themselves, and will resend the failed webhooks
 later.
