 I think the real message to pay attention to is:

 Dependency glib-2.0 for host machine found: NO. Found 2.78.4 but need:
 '>=2.82.0'
 }}}

 The glib2 port was updated to 2.88.0 yesterday which should be sufficient.

 Can you selfupdate and then upgrade your glib2 port?
