Comment:

 py38-lxml has nothing to do with openjdk11, they both just happen to be
 broken in your installation. As the message says, py38-lxml can't be
 rebuilt because it no longer exists in the PortIndex, so you should
 probably just uninstall it.

 Please attach the output of `sudo port -d -y rev-upgrade` as per the other
 message.
