 It would seem the recent update of vim in MacPorts suffers from this
 error, at least on macOS Big Sur:

 A patch is available from the vim source code, so an update would be
 appreciated!

 Steps to reproduce: simply edit an empty or non-existing file: vi foobar
 \\
 Then 'pp' (without the quotes) will show at the top of the file.
