 I just tested the display of PostScript files with gs and the refresh
 problem I had in Tahoe is apparently solved thanks to macOS 26.5. See
 release notes in:

 [https://support.apple.com/en-us/124963]

 I must say that the same .ps files visualized with gv appear with a wrong
 aspect ratio, but this may possibly be a different issue. In any case no
 refresh problem in gv either.

 Give it a try if you faced the refresh issue with some X11 apps.
