 Usually I'm quite good at spotting what goes wrong, but here I'm stumped -
 I can't find the actual error message.

 Anyway, a port upgrade outdated fails on glib2 on my M1 Mac running 15.7.7
 and Command Line Tools version: 26.2.0.0.1.1764812424
