 Exactly the same problem here with python3.14.  using the command line
 version generates the same nbconvert error:

  from nbconvert import PythonExporter as nbexporter
 ImportError: cannot import name 'PythonExporter' from 'nbconvert'
 (/opt/local/Library/Frameworks/Python.framework/Versions/3.14/lib/python3.14
 /site-packages/nbconvert/__init__.py)

 port installed | grep nbconvert gives:

  py-nbconvert @7.16.6_0 (active)
   py312-nbconvert @7.16.6_0 (active)
   py313-nbconvert @7.16.6_0 (active)
   py314-nbconvert @7.16.6_0 (active)

 Any thoughts would be welcome.
