 Clang with optimization level higher than `-O0` misoptimizes zgetrf.
 Leading to SIGILL for fortran code when compiled using gfortran with
 `-ffpe-trap=zero`.

 This can be fixed in two ways:

 1. Lower the optimization level to `-O0`.
 2. Change compiler to gcc.

 This port already has a gcc variant from `Portgroup compilers` but does
 not set `CC`, `CXX`, `OBJCC` and `OBJCXX` to use gcc suite.

 A simple fix would be something like:
