 build log] for [https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/32843
 #32843] shows that this {{{cabal}}} option is never used:
 > {{{
 >   ghc-options: -pgmc=/usr/bin/clang
 > }}}
 > So that may be another ghost setting in {{{cabal}}}'s {{{config}}} file,
 and the only real way this ticket has been addressed is to simply
 blacklist {{{gcc}}}.

 And I see that this fix doesn't work for me: even with these lines in
 {{{cabal}}} {{{config}}}, {{{cabal}} is still trying to build with
 {{{gcc}}}:
 {{{
 program-locations
   gcc-location: /usr/bin/clang

 program-default-options
   ghc-options: -pgmc=/usr/bin/clang
   runghc-options: -pgmc=/usr/bin/clang
 }}}

 I'm going to add {{{--with-gcc=${configure.cc} }}}to the command line
 options and cross my fingers.
