 Followup of https://trac.macports.org/ticket/73754

 Testing of [https://github.com/macports/macports-
 ports/commit/847649d272216b580a0a5c87b76d282d31e78367#diff-
 c925442da5b6f614ff77da74d25253ccb45e29e1b855fdc91ab58ed3c4ede6beR93 Commit
 847649d] shows that none of the attempted {{{cabal}}} settings address the
 issue raised in [https://trac.macports.org/ticket/73754 ticket 73754]:
 {{{
 program-locations
   gcc-location: /usr/bin/clang

 program-default-options
   ghc-options: -pgmc=/usr/bin/clang
   runghc-options: -pgmc=/usr/bin/clang
 }}}

 Rather, PG {{{haskell_cabal}}} may be modified to test for the existence
 of {{{gcc}}} and {{{g++}}}, and conceal their existence to the {{{cabal}}}
 build by using prefixing {{{PATH}}} with a directory with symlinks
 {{{gcc}}} → {{{${configure.cc} }}}and {{{g++}}} → {{{${configure.cxx} }}}.

 Fixed by [https://github.com/macports/macports-ports/pull/32843 #32843].
