 I suspect you just need to install the {{{libtool}}} packages, as that
 contains {{{libltdl}}}:

   /opt/local/share/libtool/libltdl/lt__private.h
   /opt/local/share/libtool/libltdl/lt__strl.h

   /opt/local/share/libtool/libltdl/lt_error.h
   /opt/local/share/libtool/libltdl/lt_system.h

 also the {{{ImageMagick}}} port provides v6 of the package, so perhaps
 that is just what you want?
