 Yes, this is because [https://lists.macports.org/pipermail/macports-
 users/2026-May/054299.html my router's Ethernet ports failed]. Among other
 things, the router ran the OpenVPN server that the arm64 machine connects
 to. I've mostly set up a different router now, which is enough to let the
 Intel machines talk to the Internet, but I haven't yet succeeded at
 getting OpenVPN configured on it in such a way that the arm64 machine can
 connect again.

 For the moment, I've turned off all the buildbot machines due to
 thunderstorms.
