Comment (by nilason):

 Legacy support is currently enabled for macOS 10.14. However, builds on
 macOS 10.15 and earlier now generally fail due to missing dependencies.
 Considering the extensive dependency stack of this port, together with the
 increasing modernisation requirements of several dependencies, it is
 unclear whether continued maintenance of legacy support remains practical.
 It may therefore be appropriate to designate macOS 10.14 or 10.15 as
 `known_fail`.
