 The problem more specifically seems to be that handling cache misses is
 unreasonably slow. If the file is cached in your edge node already,
 downloads from the CDN are quite fast.

 More likely whatever geolocation you used was incorrect, since even if the
 CDN gave you a server in Indonesia, it would not have a good ping time and
 would thus not be picked first.
