 msv, relames: obsolete relames in favour of msv

 The relames project is a subproject of MSV and its .jar file is hence
 included in the msv port.  In comparison to msv, the relames port
 includes an additional helper script for invoking the .jar file.  This
 is not enough to justify a whole separate port.

 Set the relames port as obsolete, replacing it with the msv port.  And
 move the helper script to the msv port.
