#74394: rclone cannot be installed on HS (10.13.6) but wants to be updated!

On High Sierra 10.13.6:
{{{
sudo port upgrade rclone
The following port will be upgraded: rclone
Continue? [Y/n]:
---> Computing dependencies for rclone
---> Fetching archive for rclone
---> Archive not available for rclone, building locally
---> Fetching distfiles for rclone
Error: rclone needs Go 1.25.0 or newer, but this version of macOS runs
nothing newer than Go 1.24.
Error: Failed to fetch rclone: Go 1.25.0 is not available on this platform
Error: See
/opt/local/var/macports/logs/_opt_local_var_macports_sources_rsync.macports.org_macports_release_tarballs_ports_net_rclone/rclone/main.log
for details.
Error: Follow https://guide.macports.org/#project.tickets if you believe
there is a bug.
}}}
If rclone cannot be updated on this macOS, WHY **port** says it is
outdated and tries to update it?
{{{
sudo port outdated
The following installed ports are outdated:
OpenBLAS 0.3.33_1 < 0.3.34_0
rclone 1.73.0_0 < 1.75.0_1
}}}
This causes each time
{{{
sudo port upgrade outdated
}}}
to fail...
If rclone cannot be updated on this macOS, port should skip it. WHY NOT?
